Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Fast and Free - Lower 48 states

Forever Green Indoors will use the ship service best able to deliver to your address, typically UPS Ground or USPS First Class. At times FGI may need to choose a different shipment method at our cost however at the same shipping speed promised.

Fast and Free offers, FGI pays the full cost of the shipment, using ground shipping on average is 3-6 days in the continental US depending on your location. Products generally ship from our Seattle fulfillment facility. On rare occasions we will drop-ship direct from the manufacturer to you.

Optional Upgrade Shipping:

When you checkout you will be provided shipping options above and beyond our Fast and Free offer. If you select these expedited options the cost of shipping is added to your order. Forever Green Indoors cannot refund those costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Forever Green Indoors ships all orders DDP (delivery duties paid) and our system assists in collecting your countries Duty and Taxes at checkout. We use Shopify, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the industry. Shopify calculates your countries duty, tariff or taxes based on the products you are purchasing.

Forever Green Indoors will select a shipping method, typically DDP UPS Expedited or UPS Saver, which should eliminate brokerage fees charged by your Customs office when the goods arrive. In rare instances your Customs officers may unilaterally choose to add fees which were not expected by Shopify. You are responsible for any assessed fees, however we can provide you with high level detail about the costs which were collected to support any claim you make to Customs. This is not a common occurrence for our customers.

You, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping prior to any refund being issued. Please visit our Returns policies page.
