60 Day No-Hassle Return Policy

 Forever Green Indoors offers a no questions asked, 60 day return with a full refund of your original purchase price, shipping (if applicable) and tax.

Your obligations: To qualify, you must use our Returnly automated returns system to initiate the return. Product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging (assuming normal wear and tear). Pay the return shipping cost to our Seattle warehouse and drop the shipment at the shipper of your choice.

  • Our obligations: We will promptly refund your order after we have received and inspected the contents. Refunds can only be made to your original method of payment. Be aware that it does take credit card companies 3-5 days to post the credit after we have issued it.

In the event we receive a return that is not in like new condition in it's original package we will assess a refurbishment fee of 25% of the original purchase price, then refund you the balance plus original taxes and shipping cost (if applicable). In the event of a replacement we will ship the replacement when after receive notice of a return tracking number, or when we receive the item back, whichever comes first. Replacements made during the first 60 days after purchase will be an exact and new replacement product of the unit originally purchased. We will pay the outbound shipping cost back to you at our expense.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Forever Green Indoors uses only major shipping companies to safely ship your order. We provide tracking numbers. Unless otherwise instructed we send the item signature required (within the USA).

We provide third party shipping protection against lost or stolen items which can be purchased when adding the item to your cart and at checkout. Be sure to toggle on Route Shipping Protection if you elect to have your shipment insured.

In the event that an item is lost or stolen in transit, please be aware that Forever Green Indoors is not liable if you do not purchase Route Package Protection.

In some cases we may be able to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company however the goods will not be replaced until the claim is resolved and FGI has been notified that we will be paid by the shipper. This will cause a delay in your order.

We strongly recommend that if you do not have a safe or secure area to receive a package that you instead have it routed to a local UPS or FedEx store for pickup.

We ship DDP, delivery duties paid, to Canada and several other international locations. In the case of DDP you will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes.   1. The product has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, or use contrary to instructions given by Forever Green Indoors or our manufacturers.
  2. The product has had water or other liquids enter the case. The product has been sprayed with water or other liquids.
  3. The product has been altered by anyone except Forever Green Indoors.
  4. The product has been operating outside of environmental specifications for the product or been exposed to VOC's.
  5. The product failed due to an extreme condition i.e. fire, flood, etc.

What is Not Covered? TrolMaster shall NOT be liable for costs of repair or replacement of a product incurred as a result of: 1. Normal wear and tear. 2. Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product which is not in accordance with the TrolMaster Instruction Manuals. 3. Use of the parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of TrolMaster. 4. Use of parts or accessories other than those produced or recommended by TrolMaster. 5. External sources such as transit damage or weather. 6. Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than TrolMaster or its authorized agents. 7. Serial numbers defaced or missing.

Return Policy When product is returned in salable condition, TrolMaster will accept the product for credit up to 30 days from the date of invoice, for whatever reason, and with a 15% restocking fee. If the product is not returned in salable condition, product will not be accepted for return.
