Returns and Refunds

Our return policy duration is 60 days from time of delivery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied send us the product back, in good operating condition and we'll refund your purchase price. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The item must be returned in the original box and packing materials. All cords and accessories must be returned as well. We will provide a full refund for products that are returned in like-new condition. For items returned in poor condition we will access a restocking fee which will not be greater than 25% which assumes the product is returned in used or poor condition and cannot be resold.

Damaged Shipments

If you purchased Route Insurance you can file a claim for replacement using the shipment confirmation we sent at the time of order, or using the Route Shipping Insurance email confirmation sent when you ordered your product. Or feel free to contact us and we'll help you.

Please inspect all freight and packages upon delivery; All damage must be noted before the shipper leaves on their carrier bill or checks off their handheld terminal.

All claims for freight damage and missing boxes must be sent immediately to FGI and will be filed with the carrier at the time of receipt to ensure they fix the issues, and cover any cost of carrier related damages.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you confirmation we have received your returned item issue a refund to your method of payment. (There is often some processing time before a refund is posted with you bank and credit card provider which is out of our control.)

Shipping Costs on Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and for items over $250 it is advisable purchasing shipping insurance.

Warranty Issues

We provide warranties on all our products which ship in the box. Please see the appropriate product warranty.

Some situations (but not all) that invalidate the warranty are:

  • The product has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, or use contrary to instructions given by Forever Green Indoors or our manufacturers.
  • The product has been altered by anyone except Forever Green Indoors.
  • The product has been operating outside of environmental specifications for the product or been exposed to VOC's.
  • The product failed due to an extreme condition i.e. fire, flood, etc.

Used Equipment

Used equipment is ineligible for return or warranty.


FGI may offer an exchange based on specific circumstances at the buyers choice.

Shipping outside of the continental US

When shipping outside the Continental US all standard carrier charges are displayed at the checkout process.

Surcharges Imposed For Importation / International Shipping

Tariffs, taxes and other cross border fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be assessed by the local customs offices on receipt in the country of shipment.

Forever Green Indoors is not responsible for these third party costs.
