Warranty and Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days for unused merchandise and unopened boxes. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and a 25% restock fee will be assessed.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your merchandise until you have first called us for a return authorization number.
All freight and packages must be inspected upon delivery; All shortages must be noted on the carrier Bill of Lading. All claims for freight damage and missing boxes must be filed with the carrier and not Forever Green Indoors.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping information before returning any merchandise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us before returning any and all items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product(s) to you. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery; otherwise a full refund may not be possible. These shipping charges will be subject to the respective brand/companies prices and policy.
After your purchase, the product is subject to the respective manufacturer warranty policy. These policies may be found on the original supplier's/manufacturer's website or by contacting them. Forever Green Indoors, inc. is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. Although, we will assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-800-630-7345 for any warranty issues with your products. Original proof of purchase will be required at the time of warranty request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not exchange; We will only facilitate between the buyer and the manufacturer for returns on items if they are defective.
When shipping outside the Continental US all standard UPS charges will be applied to the customer’s invoice. We do not offer a freight allowance on these orders. If you place an order on our site from these areas we will contact you directly regarding freight invoices.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
