Refund policy

Our return policy duration is 60 days from time of delivery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied send us the product back, in good operating condition and we'll refund your purchase price. You are only responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The item must be returned in the original box and packing materials. All cords and accessories must be returned as well. We will provide a full refund for products that are returned in like-new condition. For items returned in poor condition we will access a restocking fee which will not be greater than 25% which assumes the product is returned in used or poor condition and cannot be resold. 

Final Sale Items: Products purchased as "demo" or "used" are non-returnable final sale items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you confirmation we have received your returned item issue a refund to your method of payment. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize .NET, one of the largest processing companies in the US. Refunds take several days to post back to your original payment method. 

• All refunds will be processed to your original payment method on file from your purchase. 

Shipping Costs 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, if applicable. If you received Free Shipping, 100% of the purchase price will be refunded. If we purchased expedited shipping based on your choice at checkout, only the product purchase price will be refunded. 

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping with tracking and signature required so you know for sure we received it back and when.
