Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Warranty Returns and RMA process. 

Our system in self serve. You must use this system prior to sending any item back to us to ensure a refund or warranty repair/replacements. 

Return Time Window

Our return policy duration is 60 days from order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied send us the product back, in like new condition and we'll refund your purchase price. You are only responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

The item must be returned in the original box and packing materials which must be in re-sellable like new condition for a full refund.

We will provide a full refund for products that are returned in this condition. 

A re-stocking fee will be charged for damaged packaging or missing items. We will refund you the purchase price minus the cost of shipping we incurred when you purchased the unit. 

For serialized items such as TrolMaster, FGI, Aroya or Innoquest controllers, meters and sensors, the serial number on the inner and outer box must be identical to the serial number engraved on the unit. No refunds will be issued for swapped items. 

Final Sale Items: Products purchased as "demo" or "used", or are customized at your request are non-returnable final sale items.

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method on file from your purchase. No exceptions.

RMA/Warranty Returns

You may choose to return items purchased from Forever Green during the active warranty period. Warranty periods differ between Brands and models so be sure to reference the mfg warranty terms before you ship anything back to us. 

If, in our evaluation we find that the item is non-working due to manufacturing defects, we will repair the unit to fully operating condition or supply a like-for-like replacement at no cost. 

If in our evaluation we determine that the item is not working due to factors outside of the manufactured item, which can include exposure to water, VOC's, electricity surges and other non-manufacturing related causes, we will offer to repair or replace the unit at a price determined at that time. 

If you do not elect to have the unit repaired or replaced, no further refunds or replacements will be due you. 


Shipping Costs for Returns and RMA's - shared costs -.

Your share: You are responsible for the cost and packaging for returns and RMA's. These costs are not within our control and are your responsibility. 

Our share: For Warranty/RMA repaired units or replacements, we will ship the unit back to you at our expense.
